So this was a quick tour of the Hidden Valley trail at sunset. Closeups are of a yucca leaf, lichens on granite and an unidentified red pompom plant (my own plant classification). The boulder grotto so reminds me of similar formations at the Baths in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands.I'm going on another brief expedition today, then work in the studio for the rest of the week. This Saturday I'll be meeting the other four resident artists, so more photos will be taken...
